The Synactiv team specialises in designing complex forms, assembly and docking systems, while respecting manufacturing constraints. However, visualising and respecting ergonomic constraints can be difficult when simply viewed on a screen.
VR PROJECT REVIEW
For this reason, we developed our project reviews for the Petit Picot using virtual reality. It is therefore possible to evaluate each of the proposed configurations in just a few moments, and to have the impression of really being inside the vehicle.
Rendering
The team went on to produce photo-realistic images with the aim of validating the design, general feel and lighting. This meant that intermediate presentations could be made prior to the first prototype being ready, as well as displaying the project via the client’s communication platforms.
